One Million Small Startups is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 88-1253404). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, excluding any value of event benefits received.
Our accelerator runs through a for-profit arm that is 100% owned by the nonprofit. Donations are charitable contributions, while accelerator fees and equity terms are commercial program terms; net proceeds support mission programs and entrepreneur grants.
