Complete the project intake. It takes about fifteen minutes, saves as you go, and costs nothing.

Project review
OMS2 reviews the request for fit, feasibility and capacity. Not every project is accepted.

Discovery and scope
If it is a fit, we work through the problem, the users and what the first version must do.

Proposal and agreement
You receive a written scope, timeline and price. Nothing is built until it is agreed in writing.

Build together
Development runs in the open: milestones, weekly updates, and decisions explained as they are made.

You get the working product, the documentation, and the knowledge to operate and maintain it.

Handing over a specification and disappearing produces software a founder cannot run, change or explain. OMS2 works the other way: you finish the project knowing how the thing you paid for actually works.

Pricing
Project-based pricing.
Every project is different. After reviewing your intake, OMS2 may invite you to a discovery process and provide a written scope, timeline and price before work begins.
No work begins, and no payment is due, until scope, pricing and terms are agreed in writing.
Submitting an intake is free and does not commit you to anything.
OMS2 has not published a rate card or fixed package prices. Any figure you receive comes from a written proposal prepared for your specific project after discovery.
Build Studio and the OMS2 Accelerator are separate programs.
- Build Studio is a paid service. The OMS2 accelerator is a separate program currently in development.
- Purchasing Build Studio services does not influence accelerator eligibility or selection.
- You do not need to purchase Build Studio services to participate in OMS2 programming.
- If the accelerator launches as currently planned, it is intended to be free for accepted founders, subject to funding.

OMS2 exists to help people turn ideas into working businesses. Some founders need to learn to build; others need something built now, properly, by people who will explain it to them.
Earned revenue can also help OMS2 build a more sustainable organization rather than depending on a single funding source. Build Studio income is recorded as commercial service revenue and reported separately from charitable contributions.
