About
Building practical startup infrastructure for overlooked founders.
We are launching two connected tracks: an incubator that helps founders validate and set up correctly, and an accelerator that helps validated startups scale quickly.
At a glance
Our accelerator operates through a for-profit arm that is fully owned by the nonprofit. Net proceeds fund mission programs, including entrepreneur grants.
Our story
One Million Small Startups was founded to close the gap between founder potential and founder support. Many entrepreneurs can execute, but they do not have access to early validation guidance, professional networks, or affordable scaling infrastructure.
Our incubator is designed to reduce early mistakes and help founders build strong basics. Our accelerator is designed to move validated startups quickly through a structured three-month sprint.
We are currently raising launch funds through events and donations while finalizing partner networks, workflows, and the first program cohorts.
How we operate
Stage-fit pathways
Founders enter the track that matches readiness: validate first, then scale when ready.
Clear commercial terms
Incubator remains no-equity. Accelerator terms are documented and signed before participation.
Transparency in funding
Donations, grants, and event proceeds are tracked with nonprofit reporting standards.
Our values
These principles shape our programs, partnerships, and fundraising decisions.
Clarity
Founders get explicit milestones, terms, and timelines.
Access
We lower barriers for talented founders who are often excluded.
Execution
We focus on practical delivery, not just theory.
Accountability
We report clearly on outcomes, funding, and program impact.
