Acceptance and website use
By using OMS2.org, you agree to these terms. You may use the site for lawful informational, charitable-support and inquiry purposes. Website content does not create an employment, volunteer, partnership, fiduciary, investment, advisory or program-participation relationship.
Planned program information
OMS2.org describes a free Founder Builder Program that is being developed, along with a future startup accelerator and later expansion. Proposed cohort size, duration, locations, remote delivery, curriculum, eligibility, timing and capacity may change with funding, partner availability, approvals and operational readiness. OMS2 does not guarantee that any program will launch by a particular date, and does not provide legal, tax, investment or financial advice.
Founder, volunteer and partnership interest
Joining the founder interest list is not an application, does not establish eligibility, reserve a place or guarantee admission. Volunteer, mentor and organizational-partnership submissions are inquiries only and do not confirm a role, schedule, sponsorship or partnership. Any future arrangement requires separate review and documentation.
No guaranteed outcomes or professional advice
OMS2 does not guarantee admission, funding, investment, grants, revenue, customers, contracts, employment, business launch, business success or any other outcome. Site content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice.
Donations, sponsorships, event tickets and other payments
Charitable donations, sponsorships, event tickets, Build Studio service payments, earned revenue and commercial transactions are distinct. A payment is not necessarily tax-deductible. Deductibility may depend on the payer’s circumstances and on whether goods or services are received. Stripe may process charitable donation checkout, while a confirmed event provider may process tickets or registration. The applicable checkout or event listing should describe transaction-specific terms, refunds, goods or services and proceeds disclosures.
OMS2 Build Studio
OMS2 Build Studio is a paid product-development service operated by OMS2. Submitting a project request is free, is not an agreement, and does not guarantee that OMS2 will accept the project. OMS2 reviews each request and may decline it for any lawful reason. Build Studio payments are payments for services: they are commercial service revenue, they are not charitable donations, and OMS2 does not represent them as tax-deductible contributions. Build Studio is separate from OMS2 program participation, and purchasing services does not affect eligibility or selection for the accelerator or any other OMS2 program.
No development work begins until scope, pricing and contractual terms are agreed in writing. Matters specific to a development project—scope, payment, ownership, intellectual property, third-party and open-source software, client-provided content, confidentiality, project changes, cancellation, support, warranties and disclaimers, hosting and source-code transfer—are governed by that separate written project agreement, not by these website terms. Placeholder pending legal review: the project agreement template has not been reviewed or approved by OMS2 counsel, and no project agreement terms are published here yet.
Recording an approval, acceptance or decision inside the Build Studio client portal creates a timestamped product record for the project. It is not an electronic signature and does not by itself form a contract.
Social ventures and third-party services
OMS2 is exploring mission-aligned social ventures, including Battarbox, as a potential long-term funding mechanism. They are not an OMS2 program. No ownership, revenue, contribution percentage, tax treatment or financial relationship is promised unless separately approved, documented and disclosed. Third-party sites control their own content, availability, security, terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, OMS2 or its licensors own the site’s original text, design, branding and other protected materials. You may view and share links to public pages for lawful, non-misleading purposes. You may not copy, sell, misrepresent, remove notices from or create misleading endorsements with protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape personal information, send unlawful or abusive content, evade rate limits or use OMS2 branding to imply an unapproved relationship.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OMS2 does not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMS2 and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site, reliance on planned-program information or use of third-party links.
Changes to these terms
OMS2 may update these terms as the site and launch activities change. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the published version. Continued use after an update is subject to the updated terms.
