No payment is collected before Temp and Major accepts the client.
The fee is a commercial OMS2 program fee, not a donation or investment.
Technical cofounder-style support does not create ownership, fiduciary duties, or equity without a separate signed agreement.
OMS2 and Temp and Major may decline projects that do not fit capacity, scope, ethics, or compliance standards.
How it works
Acceptance comes before payment or project start.

Temp and Major must accept the client and scope direction before any program fee is collected.
Pay after acceptance
Accepted clients receive a Stripe checkout for the non-refundable $1,200 OMS2 program fee.
Scope and start
The team confirms written scope, boundaries, milestones, and any separate agreements before project work begins.
Scope limits
Built for real startups, with clear boundaries.
Projects must fit one approved software category: web, mobile, desktop, TV, gaming, AI-enabled product, MVP, or startup website.
Initial acceptance covers review and partner fit only; final build scope, timeline, deliverables, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
The program does not include fundraising guarantees, legal services, tax advice, securities advice, app-store approval guarantees, or unlimited revisions.
Regulated products may require outside counsel, compliance documentation, or a separate scope before Temp and Major can accept the project.
