What counts as an event?
Each published event (live, draft, or completed) counts toward your monthly limit. Free plan users can create 3 events per month. Pro plan users have a 9,999 event limit (essentially unlimited).
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your organization settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll return to the Free plan.
What are recurring event series?
Recurring series let you create subscription-based events that repeat monthly or quarterly. Supporters subscribe once and automatically get tickets to all future events in the series. This is perfect for regular meetups, workshops, or ongoing programs.
Do platform admins get Pro features?
Yes, platform administrators automatically have access to all Pro features at no cost, including unlimited events and recurring series, regardless of their organization's plan.
