When will I be charged?
You'll only be charged if the event reaches its ticket goal of $250. If the funding goal is not met, your payment method will not be charged and the event will be cancelled.
What if the event doesn't reach its goal?
All reservations are automatically cancelled and no charges are made. You'll receive an email notification if the event is cancelled due to insufficient funding.
How do I display my logo?
Once your sponsorship is confirmed, the event organizer will contact you to collect your logo and other branding materials. Your logo will be displayed on the event page and promotional materials according to your tier benefits.
Can I get a receipt for tax purposes?
Yes! A detailed receipt will be emailed to you after the event is successfully funded. For nonprofit events, your sponsorship may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.
What deliverables will I receive?
Each sponsorship tier includes specific benefits listed in the tier description. This typically includes logo placement, social media mentions, speaking opportunities, and event tickets. The organizer will provide a detailed deliverables timeline after confirmation.
How do I contact the organizer?
After reserving a sponsorship, you'll receive the organizer's contact information via email. You can also reach them through their organization profile at OMS2 Preview Collective.
Can I change my tier after reserving?
Before the event is funded, you can contact the organizer to modify your sponsorship tier. Once the event is successfully funded and charges are processed, tier changes are subject to organizer approval.
What's the difference between tickets and sponsorships?
